Great location. However overpriced £15 for a glass of wine. Breakfast amazing staff attentive. However took all day and 4 requests for towels and toilet roll that needed replenishING.
Iam writing my review to let other people know and let u know that this casino is absolute horrible and they do absolutely everything to make u lose and never even give u a chance to win in any game unless u know someone in management or people who work here. I witnessed 4 times each week they been doing a £50 giveaway and the same chinese person won 3 times in a row and even a big giveaway which is tickets to Vegas!
I asked if I could view it and they showed me the footage, I was absolutely mortified and tried to explain that it was an honest mistake, I couldn’t believe I’d done it. They said can you see how it looks to us, to which I replied Yes and that I was so sorry. They called security to escort myself and my husband out of the casino! I apologised to the lady who’s chip it was and explained the situation. I felt absolutely humiliated and an injustice. I’d like to thank them for kicking us out and not giving themselves the chance to win back the winnings we took home and for letting me get escorted out of the building at the grand age of 53 ...like a young Rebel and I’m not sorry for my potty mouth afterwards! I shall never step foot in one of their casinos again....they need to give their staff some training in customer service!
Rodents seem to be a problem exacerbated by discarded food and litter. It’s just disgusting. The prices of a number activities was a bit unreasonable and sometimes fair. This place and the people who love it is not for me.
This is not about the card, is about respect. She then said if you are not happy I’ll call my manager. I said I don’t need you manager because I don’t want to ruin tonight. She still called her manager and said loudly that I am a upset customer. This is not the attitude when you trying to solve the problem. This staff is not qualified to facing customer as she is not listening not caring not even cares. She is ruing your reputation and I will not come back to Genting anymore even I had so many good memories here because she easily destroyed all the rest of your staff’s hard work! Shame on her.

Had a lovely stay here. Close to railway station and venues check in was fast and easy. I was recognised as an Platinum Elite member and got an upgrade as well. Room was great, clean and comfy with all amenities included. Breakfast was also good with many choices. Will stay here again.
Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time.
Broomielaw is another area located along the River Clyde and is home to a few casinos. Some locations may have stairs or other barriers, so it’s recommended to check ahead for accessibility options.
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the game and loved the atmosphere. The views Sheffield slots were great regardless of where you were seated. I'd love to go and watch a game here again!
The breakfast buffet had everything you would expect. So all in all a really good stay. The only downside is that there's only the option of a double bed and not two single beds, but still we would love to come again.
I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
Very impressive. Breakfasts were included in my stay and they were fantastic! Exceed my expectations! You can choose whatever you fancy that day and you can have a second helping if you want. Nice staff who is ready to help but it's not all over you. Great job! Very impressive. Thanks a lot.
